- Process to obtain transcript
- Do not download form available on RGPV website. It is only mend for NON-GRADING student.
- Grading student are requested to download format from this website for free, which will be updated with this post pretty soon.
- Remember to keep your ORIGINAL MARK SHEETS with you before you start any process for transcript.
- Download format and fill it as per your mark-sheets.
- There is no rocket science to fill up this format, so do not pay any extra penny to anyone.
- Do not forget to take your pen-drive anlong with soft copy of filled format.
- Take a single copy of your filled format to the second floor of RGPV building.
- Submit your filled up format and originals to the person on window.
- He/she would take about an hour or couple of hours to cross-check your filled format with original mark sheets.
- By the time your cross-checking work is in progress, visit the bank in campus and pay Rs 500 by filling a bank challan. No DD required.
- By paying Rs 500 you become eligible to get 10 copies of transcript.
- Once you obtain the checked copy from the window please go through the correction mentioned and edit them.
- Take 10 printed copies of it on any simple A4 size paper. ( There is nothing like original paper, if you are misguided by any person in shop)
- Buy 10 cover to pack them and submit them at the same counter as before with the corrected copy.
- You will receive your signed copies in next two days.
