After
OnePlus and Motorola, Huawei has now launched its new contender to compete with
other smartphones in the sub-Rs 25K category.
The Honor
7 is one of the very few phones in the sub-Rs 25K category to have a
fingerprint sensor. Unlike the OnePlus 2, the Honor 7 has a fingerprint sensor
right underneath the camera at the rear - which to me is intuitive. The
fingerprint sensor, as the company's claims, unlocks the screen in just 0.5
seconds.
Following is a preview for Huawei, which will come in two colors - silver and grey.
Price: Rs 22,999 Display: 5.20-inch
Processor: 2.2 GHz
Front Camera: 8-megapixel
Resolution: 1080 x 1920 pixels
RAM: 3 GB
OS: Android 5.0
Storage: 16 GB
Rear Camera: 20-megapixel
Battery capacity: 3100 mAh
The Honor
7 also includes one of the not-so-common features in phones - reverse charging,
which means it can be used as a power bank to charge other phones.
Phone will go
on sale in India from October 15. It will be sold exclusively on Flipkart.
Happy reading.........
