BLACKBERRY to give a fight with its latest android phone "Priv"

Blackberry has come up with a slider qwerty keypad android running smartphone.


 It has a 5.4-inch Oled QHD (2560 x 1440) display powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 hexa-core chip set with 3 GB of RAM, and 32 GB of built-in memory which can be expanded by a micro SD card.


It encompasses a 18-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization capability and f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel sensor placed upfront. The handset comes with a 3410 mA-h battery, which the company claims can last for up to 22.5 hours under fixed conditions. Phone is NFC capable and gives connection options of 3G and 4G LTE. It runs the android lollipop out of box.

Blackberry is running its own security application on the top of the android OS to provide security to the device. As we all know that almost 90% of android devices are open to security threats.
It would be available in america from 6th Nov for $699.
